Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The refund will be credited in 7 to 10 working days to the original payment mode.

  2. Provide the order number and details of the issue.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 7 to 10 working days.

Exclusions:
